The property will be offered for sale both as an entirety and as three separate lots, and shall be sold in accordance with the method which provides the highest yield to the beneficiary of the Deed of Trust. A deposit of $10,000.00 will be required at the time of each sale, such deposit to be in cash, cashier’s check, certified check, or in other form acceptable to the Substitute Trustees.  Each of the purchaser's will bring the deposit amount to 10% of the purchase price in the offices of the Substitute Trustees within three business days after the public auction.  Balance of each purchase price is to be paid in cash within ten (10) business days after the final ratification of sale by the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
