The Principal

Dick Lowry has over 40 years of industry & Commercial knowledge, & has performed the private sale of Commercial & Industrial assets for owners, secured creditors and Trustees. He has managed appraisals/auctions for Business foreclosures and has been managed the sealed bid, on-line web sale & other types of difficult sales. He has also been a turn-key consultant for secured creditors banks, Trustees, attorneys and various governmental agencies in the sale of debtor-in-possession, secured parties & Owners. He has served as a Chapter 7 & 11 Trustee in Multimillion dollar cases, and has qualified as an expert witness in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in MD, VA, DC, & PA; tax courts in Washington State, VA, Ohio, & Oregon; plus state & local courts.

Mr. Lowry is an SBA, FDIC, & RTC approved appraiser and Liquidator, and has performed appraisals in 34 states and Puerto Rico. His appraisal and liquidation experience includes marine equipment, repair shipyards, scrape yards, new car dealerships, cement plants, food and chemical plants, metal fabrication shops, machine shops, textile mills, construction equipment, trucks, restaurants, Mass appraisals of multiple store chains, grocery stores, medical offices, hospitals, certain nuclear equipment, and custom made machinery and equipment. He is an expert in several areas of industry and has testified on behalf of clients in matters of Personal Property Tax reduction.
